Denize sıfır konumu ve nefes kesen modern mimarisiyle projemiz, 127 adet penthouse stüdyo, 127 adet bahçe katı stüdyo, 127 adet penthouse Loft 1+1, 127 adet bahçe katı Loft 1+1,   98 adet bahçe katı 1+1, 142 adet penthouse 1+1, 98 adet penthouse Loft 2+1, 142 adet bahçe katı Loft 2+1, 15 adet tek katlı 3+1 ve 3 adet dubleks 4+1 lüks villalar ile toplamda 2 katlı 139 adet bloktan oluşan, 1.006 konutla her tarzdan yaşam stiline hitap ediyor.

Adanın en güzel gün batımını izleyebileceğiniz projemizin deniz kenarında İskele Long-Beach bölgesinde de hizmet veren Pera Beach Club’ımız bulunacaktır. Denize sıfır, leziz yemekleri ve eğlencesiyle restorantımız, her mevsimde kullanılabileceğiniz açık ve kapalı olarak iki ayrı ısıtmalı havuzumuz, fitness ve SPA merkezimiz, deniz içerisinde lagun havuzumuz, pubımız bulunacaktır. Ayrıca projemizde deniz tarafında her bloğun önünde özel havuzu, dağ tarafında ise 5 adet ortak kullanım havuz, Paddle Tenis kortu, çocuk oyun parkı, yeşil bahçeler, çoklu spor tesisi ve evcil hayvan gezdirme parkı yer alacaktır. Projemizin teslim tarihi Haziran 2026’dır.

Projemiz 10 Nisan Pazartesi günü tanıtıma çıkıyor (Pre-lansman). 17 Nisan Pazartesi günü ise satışa açılarak ödemeler alınmaya başlanacaktır (Lansman). Projemizde  lansman ve genel satış olarak iki ayrı fiyat listesi bulunuyor. Lansman fiyatlarımız, toplamda 200 daire satılana kadar geçerli olacaktır. 200 dairenin satışından sonra genel satış fiyatları geçerli olacaktır. Lansman ve genel satış fiyatları arasındaki fark yaklaşık %10 olacaktır. Lansman süresince kaporasız rezervasyon kesinlikle kabul edilmeyecektir.

*Pre-lansman süresince 30 konuttan fazla (maksimum 15 adet stüdyo) veya 5.000.000 STG satış rakamına ulaşacak yatırımcılara özel lansman öncesi %10 kapora ile satın alma hakkı verilecektir.

At the seaside of our project, where you can watch the most beautiful sunset of the island, will have a Pera Beach Club, which also provides service in the Iskele Long-Beach region. We will have a seafront restaurant with delicious food and entertainment, two separate indoor and outdoor heated pools that can be used in all seasons, a fitness and SPA center, a lagoon pool in the sea, and a Pub. Our project will also have a private pool in front of each block on the sea side, 5 communal pools on the mountain side, Paddle Tennis court, children’s playground, green gardens, multi-sports facility and pet walking park. The delivery date of our project is June 2026.

Our project will be launched on Monday, 10 of April (Pre-launch). It will be on sale and payments will start to be recieved on Monday, 17 of April (Launch). There are two separate price lists in our project as launch and general sales. Our launch prices will be valid until a total of 200 flats are sold. After the sale of 200 flats, general sale prices will be valid. The difference between the launch and general sale prices will be approximately 10%. No reservations will be accepted without deposit during the launch period.

*5% discount for our customers who pay 35% down payment until the end of the launch, and an extra 5% discount for our customers who pay the full sales price.

*Investors who will reach more than 30 housings (maximum 15 studios) or 5.000.000 GBP sales during the pre-launch period will be given the right to purchase with a 10% deposit before the special launch.
